15While I, Daniel, was seeing the vision, and trying to understand it, there appeared before me one who looked like a man. 16I heard a human voice from the middle of Ulai calling out, “Gabriel, make that man understand the vision.” 17He came near to where I was standing, and as he came I was terrified, and fell prostrate. He said to me, “Understand, O man, that the vision refers to the time of the end.” 18When he spoke with me, I was overcome by a deep sleep as I lay prostrate on the ground. Then he touched me and made me stand up, 19and said, “I am going to inform you of what will happen when wrath is at an end, for [it refers] to the time appointed for the end.

26What was said in the vision about evenings and mornings is true. Now you keep the vision a secret, for it pertains to far-off days.” 27So I, Daniel, was stricken, and languished many days. Then I arose and attended to the king’s business, but I was dismayed by the vision and no one could explain it.     Daniel 8/15-19 and 26-27 Tanakh JPS 1985

26And in the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent from God unto a city of Galilee, named Nazareth,

27To a virgin espoused to a man whose name was Joseph, of the house of David; and the virgin’s name was Mary.

28And the angel came in unto her, and said, Hail, thou that art highly favoured, the Lord is with thee: blessed art thou among women.

29And when she saw him, she was troubled at his saying, and cast in her mind what manner of salutation this should be.

30And the angel said unto her, Fear not, Mary: for thou hast found favour with God.

31And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS.

32He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David:

33And he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end.     Luke 1/26-33 Holy Bible KJV

The Qur’an (in Anglicized form: Koran ) is certainly the greatest literary work in classical Arabic and for all Muslims stands as the definitive word of God (in Arabic: Allah ) spoken to the prophet Muhammad by the angel Gabriel.

The recitation began one night in the year 610 A.D. Muhammad was sitting alone in the wilderness near Mecca when the Angel Gabriel appeared to him. The Angel called out to him with the command, “Recite! Recite! Recite!” Muhammad responded “I am not a reader.” The angel recited three verses to him and when he awoke he had these verses, as he said, inscribed in his heart. These revelations continued for 10 days.

From that point on, Muhammad believed himself to be a prophet and messenger of God, the last in a line of seven prophets (beginning with Abraham and ending with Jesus Christ, who was prophet number six) and responsible for inscribing the last and most important of God’s direct messages to the world, the Arabic Recitation, which is the full name of the work.

Eid -ul-Zuha,is an important 3-day  holy festival  celebrated by Muslims over the world  to honor the willingness of hazrat Ibrāhīm (R.A) (Abraham) to sacrifice his first son Ismā’īl  (R.A) (Ishmael) as an act of obedience to God, before God intervened to provide him with a ram to sacrifice instead.

4Thus he shall judge the poor with equity
And decide with justice for the lowly of the land.
He shall strike down a land with the rod of his mouth
And slay the wicked with the breath of his lips.
     Isaiah 11/4 Tanakh JPS 1985

Commentary:

A man named Gabriel spoke to Daniel in a vision to explain a dream to him about the end of times. Daniel still does not understand the dream afterwards. Daniel is also instructed to keep the matter secret and never reveal it. Daniel of course wrote it down in the Book of Daniel.

Luke says that the Angel Gabriel appeared to Mary and said “the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David: And he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end.”

The throne of David was not given to Jesus. He never reigned over Judah. According to the word of G-d his line of David was banished from ever ruling over Judah long before this message to Mary. The house of Jacob is the Jewish people and they for the most part do not believe Jesus was the man described in Isaiah 53 as he claimed. Jesus reigns over the house of gentiles not Judah.

Mohammad said the angel Gabriel came to him and over time recited the Koran to him which says that Abraham submitted to Allah and abandoned the G-d of Israel; that Ishmael was the son G-d promised Abraham not Isaac; and that the binding of Ishmael and sacrifice was halted by Gabriel.

Gabriel never speaks the words of G-d in the Tanakh. Gabriel is just a character in a story. His interpretation of dreams are meant to be entertaining. They are completely nonsensical.

G-d left one more prophet to come at a time of His choosing. That prophet is G-d’s righteous servant of Isaiah 53 who is the descendant of David who can lead Judah, Elijah the messenger and teacher and the prophet like Moses who redeems.

This is known by the words of G-d through His prophets not angels and dream interpretations. They are just entertaining stories.

G-d knew the gentiles would take the Jewish bible from the Jewish people and the Muslims and Christians did just that. The Muslims rewrote it and the Christians created a story in it that is not there.

As Isaiah wrote “he shall strike down a land with the rod of his mouth and slay the wicked with the breath of his lips”. This is a prophecy by a prophet of G-d. It is not a dream or a vision requiring angel interpretation.

G-d’s book the Tanakh that He gave to His children the Jewish people is like a quiver of arrows for me the righteous servant of Isaiah 53. And I have only begun to fire them with the proper bow. The bow of my voice that laces the arrows. The rod of my mouth and the breath of my lips.

A picture may be a thousand words subject to many and varied interpretations. But the pen is a sword for me. The sword of my tongue.
