Jesus answered and said to her (a woman of Samaria) “Whoever drinks of this water will thirst again, But whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst. But the water that I shall give him will become in him a fountain of water springing up into everlasting life.” John 4/13-14 Holy Bible NKJV

God said “Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters, Thus God made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament….”and “God called the firmament Heaven…”. And God said “Let the waters under the heavens be gathered together into one place, and let the dry land appear…”. Genesis 1/6-9 Holy Bible NKJV

This verse associates “waters” of the unseen realm of God with the waters of the earth, as Jesus associates water of the earth with spiritual water of Heaven and eternal life.

In the Book of Exodus “…the Lord caused the sea to go back by a strong east wind all that night, and made the sea into dry land, and the waters were divided. So the children of Israel went into the midst of the sea on the dry ground, and the waters were a wall to them on their right hand and on their left.” Exodus 14/21-22 Holy Bible NKJV

In the Book of Joshua when Joshua and the children of Israel brought the Arc of the Covenant to the Jordan, “the waters coming down from upstream stood still, and rose in a heap….” and ”all Israel crossed over on dry ground, until all the people had crossed completely over the Jordan.” Joshua 3/16, 17 Holy Bible NKJV

In the Book of 2 Kings when Elijah was to be taken by God to Heaven in a Whirlwind, and he and Elisha came to the Jordan “…Elijah took his mantle, rolled it up, and struck the water; and it was divided this way and that, so that the two of them crossed over on dry land.”  2 Kings 2/8 Holy Bible NKJV

The children of Israel who are the Jewish people are symbolically revealed to enter Heaven from their bondage (the Exodus), the carrying of God’s word (the Arc) on earth, and being lifted up to God by his spirit (the Whirlwind).

There is no water in Heaven which divides the waters from the waters.
